Christie Erwin, a local mother who has fostered over 40 children, has written a book about her experience. Christie is a founding member of The CALL, an organization that Fellowship North works with to help find and train potential foster parents. I met Christie last fall when we hosted the Heart Gallery (you remember all those beautiful black and white portraits of children who were ready to be adopted).
